Area Utilities Information

One of the first things to do when you complete a home purchase is to have all of the utilities transferred into your name.  In parts of Washington county the utilities are managed by the individual city offices.  In other parts, utlities are managed by each utility provider.  For example, if your home is in downtown St. George, your electricity, water, garbage, and sewer services are all provided by St. George city but if you live in Laverkin, your electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power and your water, garbage, and sewer services are provided by Laverkin city.  Additionally, if your home requires natural gas, you would also need to contact Questar gas.  This page contains the numbers and websites (if applicable) of many of the utility providers in Washington county.  You can find out which companies you need to establish service with by calling the city office where your home is located or by contacting us!
